Housing Resurgence Program

We take rehabilitation and home living to profound new heights.

OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of this revolving program is to expand the financial opportunity for low-to-moderate households to attain affordable home ownership and create personal wealth.

Our goal is to help the transformation of distressed neighborhoods, to impact the quality of life, and inspire hope!

OUR PROCESS

SCKEDD will rehabilitate donated, vacated, or abandoned homes that currently have the ability to be revitalized.

Our licensed and experienced inspectors will assess each potential property to determine if it will be feasible for the program.

We will work with local community groups, civic leaders, and real estate agencies to market the newly rehabilitated residential properties to low-to-moderate buyers in an effort to meet housing needs.
