The SCKEDD Intermediary Relending Program recently closed a loan with Charles W. Strickland and Brenda K. Strickland dba Strickland Road Service, located at 886 E. 160th St. South in South Haven, Kansas. This towing business has over 35 years experience in truck and auto roadside service and repair, tire service and wrecker and towing experience. When Caldwell State Bank reviewed the project and found they were unable to assist with the full loan amount requested, they referred Strickland Road Service to SCKEDD for the remaining financing. Fortunately, SCKEDD’s IRP along with Rural Microenterprise Assistance Program was able to fund the remaining portion needed for the Strickland’s project to be successful.
