Michael W. Riley, dba Riley’s Rescue, located at 2412 W. 1st, Wichita, Kansas. Riley’s Rescue started in 2004 and provides roadside assistance to motorists, including flatbed towing, lockouts, jump starts for dead batteries, changing flat tires, and rescuing motorists that have run out of gas. His business has grown through word-of-mouth and relationships with auto clubs. The business will have one employee including the owner at this time. With funds provided through the SCKEDD Microloan and Revolving Loan Funds Programs, he will purchase a tow truck. This will enable him to hire a part-time employee to take over the smaller tasks while he tows disabled vehicles.
