Ruben’s Mexican Grill, Inc.

The SCKEDD Microloan program recently closed a loan with Ruben’s Mexican Grill, Inc., a full service Mexican restaurant located at 520 W Douglas, Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Ruben Acosta opened the restaurant in September 2002 and offers a wide range of Mexican style food in a sit down atmosphere. They offer home cooked tacos, enchiladas, tamales and many more items. They also offer margaritas, beer and other alcoholic beverages. Mr. Acosta had used the Microloan program in the past and wanted to use this program again to help fund some needed operating capital and equipment for the business.
